2. Human life

  2.1 Human life in general
Article 60-Rights of an unborn human being
60.1 The general cycle of life of a human being
Like all life, the human being undergoes a lifecycle until birth and through life until eventual death.
This cycle is recognized as different stages of evolution, representing both the development to the birth of a human child and the association of the human species to all other cellular life on planet Earth.
The cycle of human life generall proceeds through the following core evolutionary steps of an unborn child:
day 1 as a single cell
day 1-2 cleavage and travel to place of birth
  day 4-5 morulla and blastocyst
  day 6-7 implantation
day 7-12 our life as a parasite
  day 12-28 placentation
day 28 the beginning of our life as a mammal
days 42 to 50 the beginning of our life as a primate
days 55-60 the beginning of our life as a human being-the fetus
days 61 to 266/300: fetus to birth
60.2 3 stages of rights of an unborn human being
In recognition of the evolutionary stages of human development, an unborn human being is afforded increasing rights the further its development progresses towards representing a complete unborn human being in all function, appearance and potential.
1st stage- the rights of an unborn lifeform (day 1 to day 60)
2nd stage- the rights of an unborn human lifeform (day 60 to day 100)
3rd stage- the rights of an unborn human child (day 100 to birth)
60.3 Stage 3 and full status rights of a human being
Upon reaching stage 3, an unborn child is granted under this code the full status rights of a human being living, but as yet unborn.
Any action directly contributing to the death of the child, either by gross negligence or deliberate act constitutes a criminal action which affords the full consequences as if the child was already born.
