17. General principles of criminal verdicts and judgments
 
  Article 91-Verdicts  
91.1 Verdicts  
  The verdict is the finding of the jury on the questions of fact submitted to it.  
  A verdict may be only "guilty", or "not guilty" applied to each individual charge of an indictment.  
91.2 More than one charge on an indictment  
  A jury verdict which involves more than one formal charge on an indictment may find the defendant guilty on one or more charges and at the same time not guilty on one or more other charges.
