12. Offences against the state
 
  Article 79-Offences against official State symbols and seals  
79.1 State symbols  
  An offence against a state symbol is any image which is recognized by law or statute as having official status as a representative symbol of the state, whether it be national, regional or local government or a statutory authority associated with one or more level of government including (but not restricted to) flags, seals, coat of arms, trademark and logos.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That at a place and time, a symbol of state was destroyed and/or seriously damaged;
 2. That the actions of the accused contributed to the damage;
 3. That the actions of the accused were done with the intent to cause destruction or serious damage;
 
 
 Penalty Conditions (Level 1-Offence)
