8. General principles of Prisoner Classification |

| 40.1 | Classification of T2 Prisoners | |
| T2 prisoners shall be classified in terms of eligibility for certain correctional facilities within thirty (30) days of being processed after sentencing according to the articles of this Code. | ||
| T2 Prisoners not guilty of a violent, sexual related or gang related crime shall be eligible for re-classification only twice: | ||
| (i) once upon twelve (12) months of their sentence. | ||
| (ii) upon the completion of half of their total sentence. | ||
