	9. Correctional system objects
	Article 48-Board of Corrections
48.1	Board of Corrections
	The Board of Corrections shall be the instrument of oversight and audit of the Corrections Agency, with a total of eight (8) members.
	The Board of Corrections shall meet once a month, with members selected by the Supreme Director of Justice Systems, with no member having been a corrections officer in any current or previous capacity.
	The Board of Corrections shall have the power to call the General Secretary to report on their actions over the previous reporting period including the future reporting period.
	The Board shall also have the power to request any document held by the Corrections agency as well as call to give testimony any current employee including corrections officers of the system.
