Terms

| The following general terms of trade
apply to the provision of goods and services by Africans-Union.Org (hereafter
defined as "Africans-Union"). Africans-Union reserve the right to amend, delete
and/or update these standard terms of trade at any time without notice:

| Hours of operation | |||
| Standard hours of operation for Africans-Union
staff is between 9am and 5pm in their respective locations. Unless otherwise
pre-arranged with individual customers, all inquiries requesting contact with
Africans-Union staff should be conducted within these standard hours of operation.
Outside of these standard hours, customers, suppliers and individuals with no
formal relationship to Africans-Union may at any stage make contact to the organisation
via its web site.
Separate to standard hours of operation, customers and suppliers may log-on to
Africans-Union Members or Suppliers securely and conduct business transactions at
any time, any day. |

| Quotations | |||
| As a general rule, at least one quotation
will be provided to the customer for approval, prior to the generation of an
invoice. Exceptions to this rule include, but is not restricted to: (a)
contract renewals, where an agreement is in place for the ongoing provision of
services, (b) where the customer has indicated agreement in the processing of
the transaction. |

| Payment terms on invoices | |||
| Unless otherwise indicated, invoices for
the provision of goods and/or services are requested to be paid in full within
seven(7) days of the date of issue. |

| Cancellation/return of goods/services | |||
| At any time, within fourteen days (14)
days, a customer may request for a service to be cancelled, and/or goods to be
returned. In both cases, Africans-Union reserve the right to charge costs incurred by
Africans-Union as well as any additional penalties that may apply from a third party
where Africans-Union act as an agent in the provision of a good and or service. After
the fourteen day period, Africans-Union reserve the right to review on a case by case
basis, whether any refund balance is owing should a customer request the
cancellation of a good/ and or service. |
